• The prices are in euros from 4 nights and are valid per person incl. half-board and Mobilcard "SouthTirol - Guest Pass" for the entire duration of your stay
• We charge a surcharge of € 10,00 for 1 night stay per person and € 6,00 for 2 and 3 nights stay per day and person.
• For rooms with breakfast (without half-board), € 15,00 per day and person will be deducted from the daily rate –  no weekly rate possible!
• The local tax is not included in the price, it will be charged on site. The price is € 3,00 per day per person (from 14 years of age).
• We charge €5 per day for providing a cot

Up to 2 years of age: 90%
From 2 to 4 years of age: 70%
From 4 to 8 years of age: 50%
From 8 to 12 years of age: 30%

Arrival & Departure

Our rooms/suites are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival. Please vacate your room by 10 am at the latest on the day of departure.
 

Deposit

A firm booking requires a deposit of one-third of the holiday price.

We accept cash, bank transfer, cheque and credit card (EC, MasterCard, VISA, CARTASI).

European cancellation protection

Things do not always turn out as expected, so sometimes a booked holiday has to be cancelled or terminated.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers‘ code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal.

Cancellation

• Cancellations are free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
• We charge 40% of the booked holiday price for cancellations from 3 months up to 4 weeks before arrival.
• For cancellations made within the last 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 70% of the booked stay
• For cancellations within the last week before arrival, we charge 90% of the booked stay
• For late arrival or early departure, we charge the total amount of the booked stay
   

Four-legged friends

After prior arrangement, you are welcome to bring your four-legged friend. Please note that animals are not allowed in the restaurant or the spa area. The surcharge is € 12 per day and dog without food.
