We dedicate special attention to offering you a healthy, varied and creative cuisine. Therefore, we use mostly fresh products and herbs from our own garden, as well as wild herbs such as stinging nettle and dandelion to prepare a delicious four-course dinner that is served by the manageress Esther herself.
The hotel Edelweiss has a long tradition in fine cuisine, and all meals are cooked with love and care by the owner Andreas himself, combining traditional local dishes with Mediterranean cuisine.
